YOGA

Under the joint auspices of Kolangattukara Suryabharathy Praja Parishad and Thrissur District Yoga (P & R) Association. Yoga classes were started at the "Bharathi" auditorium in Kolangattukara under the leadership of National Yoga Champion and Yoga Therapist Mr. Gopinath Edakkunni. Through this, it has been very helpful in imparting a stable health to the body and mind of the residents of Kolangattukara and opening a path of life full of enthusiasm and peace of mind. Yoga is basically a spiritual discipline. It is based on a very subtle science that focuses on bringing harmony between the mind and body. In the modern era of hustle, competition and anxiety, Yoga can relieve the increasing mental stress of man. Through this, Yoga has also been able to become a part of modern treatment systems.
