The Suryabharathy Foundation, marking thirty years of its existence, has now taken its first step into the field of education by launching the Kiran Bharath Scholarship initiative. This program is focused on uplifting and supporting class 10 students from government and aided schools in the Thrissur district, aiming to enhance their academic performance and guide them toward excellence.
Under this initiative, 100 students selected through a competitive examination will receive a scholarship of ₹5,000 each. In addition to the financial support, the program includes career guidance sessions, motivational classes, student-centered training programs, personality developmen...!
The Suryabharathy Foundation, marking thirty years of its existence, has now taken its first step into the field of education by launching the Kiran Bharath Scholarship initiative. This program is focused on uplifting and supporting class 10 students from government and aided schools in the Thrissur district, aiming to enhance their academic performance and guide them toward excellence.
Under this initiative, 100 students selected through a competitive examination will receive a scholarship of ₹5,000 each. In addition to the financial support, the program includes career guidance sessions, motivational classes, student-centered training programs, personality development workshops, and special sessions for parents. More than 1,000 students from 100 schools registered and participated in the exam with free of cost. Exam centers were arranged at schools such as Vivekodayam Boys Higher Secondary School, CNN Girls High School Cherpu, and SDVHSS Peramangalam School. The exam was prepared in collaboration with PSK Edu Vendure, adhering to international standards.
During the inauguration ceremony, Mr. Manojkumar, Managing Director of Suryabharathy Foundation, remarked that "Students are the wealth of society, but both teachers and students are equally valuable contributors to social progress." The exam began at 11:00 AM and concluded precisely at 12:00 PM. Mr. Manojkumar distributed participation certificates to all the students who took part.
Present at the occasion were Dr. D. Suresh Kumar (PSK), K. Kesavadas (Director of Suryabharathy Foundation), Navya P.N (Program Convenor), Vigin Das (Representative of Suryabharathy Foundation), Anjana P (Joint Convenor), Krishnakumar (Program Manager), and Harish K.P (Assistant Program Manager) along with other representatives of the Suryabharathy Foundation.
